Instead of always needing to have someone by the phone, tour and attraction operators could be out proving their services while still being connected.
Since then technologies have further evolved and travellers patterns have changed with electronic booking systems and the Internet. Companies find themselves back in the same position of being required to have someone by the computer and not out proving a service.
Here at Rudolf’s Travel Experiences, we realize that technologies such as GPS, 3G, WLAN, advanced mobile devices, etc, make it again possible for travel companies to be totally mobile.
